Buyer Beware!
I received a marketing email yesterday, which got me thinking - nothing new there then? It contained the line "This is not a sales pitch of any kind", which it clearly was. In a business to business environment, is this good practice? I dare to suggest that to patronise potential customers is not the best way to make your introductions.
